Believe it or not this was what our kitchen looked like for nearly two years before we finally got around to renovating it (we did have upper cabinets and less holes in the wall but I didn't start documenting the process until some of the demo had started). It's difficult to really capture the true grit and filth of the shabby linoleum and aging grout with the camera but you get the basic idea. We became experts at preparing meals with only a hotplate and toaster oven and wasted precious hours of our lives waiting for water to boil. Needless to say we couldn't be more thrilled to have upgraded to this.........
